At Serena IB Official, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process of returning the item in its original packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer either an exchange or store credit.

Custom-made and personalized pieces are crafted especially for you and, as such, are not eligible for exchange or return.

Since each of our jewelry pieces is lovingly handmade, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to the images displayed on our website. These natural differences add to the uniqueness of every item, ensuring that your piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
